| 内容記述 | This report presents the research results implemented during April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 of the Research Project on “Inequality in Vietnam”. The project is to investigate the wage inequality in Vietnam by gender and by firms’ ownership (state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and other firms) during 2002-2014. Yamada Hiroyuki (Keio University) and I conducted analysis on the inequality along the wage distribution in Vietnam in the two important aspects using different waves of Vietnamese household survey during 2002-2014. We focus on the formal employments and further divide the sample by educational level, age profile, occupational type, and industry when necessary. We are grateful to the Asian Growth Research Institute for its financial support for this research during this period.
