Guixin","lang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{"familyName":"王","familyNameLang":"ja"},{"familyName":"Wang","familyNameLang":"en"}],"givenNames":[{"givenName":"桂新","givenNameLang":"ja"},{"givenName":"Guixin","givenNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"28","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人口高齢化は，世界規模で急速に進んでおり，様々な経済・社会問題をもたらしている。日本は，1970年に東アジアで他国に先駆けて高齢化社会に突入し，2000年以降は人口高齢化率（総人口に占める65歳以上人口の比率）が世界で最も高い国になっている（2013年は約24%）。また，近隣の韓国と中国においても，日本並みまたはそれ以上の速度で少子高齢化が進んでいる。こうした人口構造の変化は，どのようなメカニズムで発生しているのか，少子高齢化は各国の経済成長にどのような影響を与えているのか，各国はどのような対策を講じているのか，これらの問題に対して，日中韓三国のいずれにおいても，関心が高まっている。21世紀の東アジア諸国の経済成長と社会保障システムの持続可能性は，人口高齢化の行方に大きく左右されると見られる。本報告書は，公益財団法人アジア成長研究所（AGI）の研究プロジェクト「東アジアの人口高齢化：発生メカニズム，経済影響と各国の対策」（2014年度実施）の研究成果である。本研究プロジェクトの目的は，東アジア諸国（日中韓）の人口高齢化の実態，発生メカニズム，及びその経済への影響を分析するとともに，各国の関連対策と実際効果を考察し，今後の対応策のあり方について再考することである。本報告書は，3章から構成されている。第1章では，日本人口の年齢構造の変化，発生要因を考察したうえ，10年ごとのパネルデータ（1980～2010年）と固定効果モデルに基づいて，少子高齢化に伴う人口の年齢構造の変動による地域経済成長（一人当たり域内総生産伸び率）への影響を検証した。第2章では，韓国の人口高齢化の動向を考察したうえ，地域別パネルデータを用いて人口高齢化による韓国の地域経済成長への影響を分析した。第3章では，中国における人口高齢化の実態と発生要因を分析し，最近の関連対策とその効果を考察した。各章には内容的にさらに充実すべき部分が若干残っているであろうが，関連分野の研究者や政策担当者のご参考になれれば，幸いである。当プロジェクトの実施にあたって，中国復旦大学人口研究所所長王桂新教授と韓国産業研究院（KIET）許文九研究委員には外部からの研究メンバーとしてご参加いただいた。また，当研究所事務局からはプロジェクトの運営に関して継続的支援をいただいた。ここに記して，感謝の意を表したい。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_be7fb7dd8ff6fe43","subitem_version_type":"NA"}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2015-10-07"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"report2014-03.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"4.3
